The LR4's have no drain plug or dip stick. Lr3's are simple oil change procedure once you get the skid plates off. I do it in off-road mode (no ramps needed) and use the floor jack to hold the skids in place. -

Which brakes wear faster - front or rear?
I am sure they are 'engineered' to all go appox. the same distance...All 4 of mine were VERY near end of pad material 500 miles after the front sensor tripped. -
Side plastic molding
Like these on the doors? Mine came with them already installed. I dont think I would have paid that much for them, but they have save me from a couple parking lot dings already in the last 6 months. -

Also did the 3rd row get smaller in the lr4? I cant believe he thinks it only adequate for "two small monkey-nimble children.." Most airplanes have less space in coach. Definitely more comfortable seats than the airplanes. -

The center differential is a variable mechanical locking diff. So under normal operations power goes to all wheels assuming all wheels have equal traction. -

I dont think its the break light bulb(s), but maybe your break switch. Its a common failure point, at least in the last 3 cars I have owned. Its connected to the break peddle. If its broke the break will work normal, but lights will stick on or off 100% of the time. In either case, the... -

Why not use an ATM fuse tap on the lighter circuit? Its right behind the glove box.
