Rear middle seat stuck down anyone?

Acceleration/braking problems anyone?
We have a LR4 with approx 3600 miles on it. Have had no problems since we got it in late January until recently. Twice now we have had trouble braking. Both times were at low speed and it seemed like the car was accelerating when trying to stop. The second time my wife could actually hear... -

Roof rails?
Does anyone know if roof rails are an option in the LR4? I can't find anything about them on the land rover website and most pictures I have seen of the truck don't show them. If they are any idea what they cost?
