bought a 1988 r.r classic two years ago... had a blown head gasket but didnt know it at the time....put around 1500 miles on it and she gave up.. long story short i found a used 3.9 in junk yard w low miles and looked clean.. so i removed and brought home. took my 3.5 w blown head gasket out and...- alexanderderryk

thanks my rover does have mem seats..... unpluged everything removed black box under seat that was attached to the underside of the seat... open box and looked at the board.... looked ok... nothing burnt up... plugged everthing back up one at a time and waited to hear the fuse pop like...- alexanderderryk

fuse #20
i have a 1999 range rover 4.0 with a #20 blown fuse,,,, keeps blowin even with key out....unplugged everything under drivers seat....which #20 is for.... and found that the black box attached to the seat with the four sets of wires runnin to it .... if i leave the biggest plug unplugged it...- alexanderderryk
