98 Discovery HAS overheated and now won't start
also the engine will be operating at normal temp and the heater won't be putting out hot air, i know that the thermo is open cause the line between the thermo and radiator is hot and i can squeeze it and feel fluid flow. i don't know where the heater core falls in the flow pattern but could i...- hawk_28533

98 Discovery HAS overheated and now won't start
got it to start (stupid inertia switch popped) now it just keeps over heating, there is a coolant leak some where but i can't find it (oil is not milky so i know it's not getting into the oil), also i can see small bubbles coming out of where the valve cover gasket is, i plan on replacing that...- hawk_28533

98 Discovery HAS overheated and now won't start
Please help, my 98 Discovery overheated and the engine shut off while driving, i changed the thermostat (root problem) and now it won't start, it will crank but not start, is there some kill switch that i need to reset? Please help this is my wife's car and she needs it to get to and from work.- hawk_28533
