No shakes, rattles, problems or complaints. For those of you contemplating a roof rack and/or mudflaps, I highly recommend them. I think they enhance the overall look. -

P*ss poor gas mileage
I would get your vehicle checked out. I have 1500 miles on my LR4 and just finished a weekend trip that was 500 miles of highway and city driving. I averaged 18.5 per gallon. I know this is a stupid question, but are you using premium fuel? -

LR4 HSE LUX or Tahoe LTZ???????
I have almost 1000 miles on my LR4 now and Im averaging around 16-17 MPG ....which is almost identical to my 2007 Tahoe. Will be taking a road trip next weekend with mostly freeway driving. We'll see where we're at then. -

Breaks squeal while in reverse
Mine has that too and its a week old. To be fair, my Cadillac CTS had it as well when it was new. I just chalk it up to new brakes that need to be broken in. I probably wouldnt worry about it unless it lasts more than a month. -

\ We will see on the snow tires. I managed to get away with all-seasons with the Tahoe. I may buy a set of the tire chains because I have at least one neighbor that will get stuck out in front of my home every winter. -

So far my wife loves it. I do as well. The biggest obstacle for her was going from a larger Tahoe to a smaller vehicle. Now that she's had a week of hauling kids around shes comfortable with it. We are not off-roaders, but the real test for the LR4 will be our first full winter... -

I just traded in a 2007 Tahoe LTZ for an LR4 last Friday. My average gas mileage around town in the Tahoe was always around 16 MPG. Highway was usually around 19 MPG. Don't let the flex fuel option sway your decision. While E-85 is cheaper, the gas mileage is horrible.......I... -
