Rattle going over manhole covers and potholes - Please help

Tire pressure
The LR4 2010 18" tires specifies that the pressure be 36PSI for the fronts and 42PSI for the rears. Do i inflate the tires to the exact pressure indicated or should i have it at 36PSI for all four tires since i don't carry any cargo at all? -
access height
I kinda expected this to happen automatically every time you switch the car off... Was surprised that it actually wasn't. It's become more of an habit now with me... So I always bring it down to access height before I turn the engine off. -

How long does it take you to detail your LR4
My LR4 is exactly a year old. Never polished or waxed. Just the way it came from the factory. Do I go in for a polish and wax or should I only do they wax? -

P*ss poor gas mileage
I do mostly city driving and maybe about 20-30% highway driving. My stats: ( via Road Trip on the iPhone ) generally anywhere between 14 - 17 Average: 15.55 Highway: 18.55 I get average about 440.3 Km/Tank I would recommend Road Trip for keeping track of your car cost service and fuel... -

Touch-up Kit
Just purchased the official Touch-up Kit from Land Rover. I have a tiny deep scratch on my bonnet.... Was wondering if any one has used this touch-up kit before and would like to know how to go about it. do i need to use rubbing compound? or a fine sanding paper? before i use this product? -

I intend to investigate further. As far as this country goes (UAE) there has been no LIVE traffic updates yet. Its been announced but nothing yet... But if you visit Navteq.com ( the map suppliers for the LR4) they display live traffic for the UAE on their site. So i believe it is very much... -
access height
Thanks for the advice Laszlo. I had an suspension failure issue within 6 months and so was wondering it was the right thing to do. Its been another 6 months since and touch wood, no problems thus far. -

Update I finally had enough. Wrote to Land Rover customer support and they immediately pulled up the local retailer. To my surprise, there is indeed a Navigator update (early 2011) available with Live Traffic and will cost AED 2500/- to update. Wondering. should I? Can anyone who owns a... -

I was made to believe that the 2010 requires a DVD to run the update and so they depend on the company to ship it across ( non for 2010 models after what was factory installed, i am told) whereas the 2011 version will get their updates directly from the internet. -

Has anyone recently updated the navigator on the LR4? I heard that Navteq the company which supplies the software has live traffic built in... Can anyone confirm this? I live in the Dubai and the maps on the 2010 model are already outdated and don't have live traffic data. I asked the service... -
No auto relocking feature?
@ big_Mark BTW the LR4 does unlock when you bring the key within one meter of the vehicle. The whole keyless entry feature is so cool I don't ever remember getting the key out of my pocket. It makes me look stupid in in front of other cars that don't have this feature, as I expect things to... -

Oh yeah, there is a proximity sensor in the LR4, which can tell when the key is inside or outside the vehicle. There must be some other reason why this feature is not present in the LR4, cause they pretty much darn thought of everything else. Nevertheless it's not so much of a pain cause once... -
