1997 Discovery won't start if check engine light on dash isn't on position 2 of key
Rather than repost I thought I would try here on this post... Mine will not start either but the check engine light does come on with all the others. I had set the alarm off and the light on the dash bottom between guages was blinking but I managed to get that to turn off so I do not think it... -

Hey Joey thanks for the tip, I'll give that a try. I wish that was the last of my woes but it isnt... It wont start now because of the alarm/anti-theft system. I locked it by the driver door and then unlocked it from the passenger side, set the alarm off and now it won't start. I've tried...- 1badcj8
