Will it pass smog?
States and county's may vary with what will pass. In WA I think you can't have 3 or more incomplete systems. N/a doesn't count. So I don't think this would pass in WA. You may have to drive around longer till the computer can check those systems and report them as ok. -

ECM swap. Who's done it?
Been having weird issues with D1. And have a extra ECM of the same year. So thinking of swapping to see if that makes a difference. But sounds like there could be some issues so I wanted to see who actually has done this before and what problems I might have. What steps do you take? Thanks! -

SRS, ABS and check engine lights '96
I'll mention I just fixed my SRS light by have the ECM reset by a local Land Rover repair guy. Cost $55 for his time and Scanner. 100 miles later it's still not on. -

I have the same issue with my 96 disco. I haven't tried anything to resolve it. But I'm very interested to hear what you come up with. Also if there is anything I can do on my vehicle to help out. Let me know.
