What’s this pipe called? Coolant leak.

LR4 Mileage Poll
2012 LR4 just about to roll over into the 74k and will need the routine maintenance service. New to me since 71k. Changed lower control arms before taking ownership. Alignment issues are starting to prevail. -

Burning smell coming thru heat vent
Did you by chance notice excess brake dust? I think mine maybe in a similar situation. I smell them but particularly on one set of the road. I got two opinions and one said the calipers seem to be sticking and the other didn't find anything wrong. Mind you this was for a state safety inspection... -
