Also I ordered the Bosch fuel pumps from advanced auto parts, they had the best deal on them. I wanna say it was less than $500 for both pumps. Since this engine has two high pressure fuel pumps I replaced them both.

I don’t believe I had to drain the oil. I don’t remember any oil coming out, But I do remember fuel draining out of the fuel line that runs up the side of the engine.

I did this job like a year and a half back. You can access the hpfp from the bottom passenger side. It’s not a horrible job if you have some mechanical ability. The hpfp are located on the passenger side of the engine under a foam cover, I believe they take torx sockets. You will also need...

Just thought I would throw this out there. Put together this short video showing how to change your spark plugs in your 2010-2012 LR4.
Pretty easy job to DIY with basic tools.
Parts needed:
NGK ILKAR7C10 - this is the OE Part (same as dealer)
Tools needed:
T30 torx bit
Ratchet set

Just FYI I made a video on how to replace your water pump and crossover pipe. Just Incase you want to do it yourself. It’s not a horrible job to do in your garage.
