    Erratic Suspension Leak

I replaced my Air Bags and Compressors on my LR3 but my truck always drops overnight. I thought it was normal. I wonder if it is because I did add the Rhino lift rods.

    Quick Compressor Replacement Question

I replaced mine with the Hitachi and while it works well, it is very loud at startup. I heard good things about the AMK. Have you checked to make sure that your Air Springs aren't leaking? I replaced my Compressor only to find out that I also had a leaky Air Spring. I ended up replacing the...

Back in Action! Seized Engine Replaced

Thanks for sharing @TrinidadLR4 I cringe the day that happens to my truck but I know it is inevitable. Mine is 2005 and has over 215k miles. I have been contemplating whether or not I would replace the engine or get a new one if it goes.

    Lower control arm... ugh!

Hi mflecklr3, according to the Land Rover, master mechanic he hit it underneath where the bolt is protruding from the Ball Bearing housing and then both sides of the ball bearing housing.

    Replacing Front Strut Assemblies

Great posts, gents. I recently went with the Arnott struts as well and haven't had any issues. Only thing I would add to the discussion is to rebuild the air box while you are already working on replacing the air struts. It's a fairly easy thing to do and because they can get buildup over...

    Lower control arm... ugh!

Isn't that the truth. They do make it looks easy and if it wasn't for the ball joint, I guess it would have been. I asked the Land Rover master mechanic how he got it out and he said the same about the air hammer. Hopefully, there isn't a next time because I bought one with the poly bushings...

    Lower control arm... ugh!

Yesterday, I was replacing my lower control arms or lower wishbones and what is typically the most difficult parts went pretty smoothly. I decided to go with the upgraded polly bushings since I heard they’re much less problematic than the stock parts. I was able to remove all the bolts and the...

    Suspension Diagnosis

I am having the same issue and trying to determine what the cause is. I installed a new compressor and the car drove fine. Then the next day I installed the lift rods and after being in the rode for a couple of miles the car dropped and gave me the same errors. This time the light was red...

    Move on or Fix

Thanks for the advice on the red suspension light. Mine did the same thing but it was after I installed Johnson rods. Does that seem right?

    DRL's Blackout Headlight Mod

Have you tried cleaning out the valve box, first? I did it to mine and it seemed okay with a little bit of white residue. The kit is cheap enough to go for it as well. For me, it ended up being the compressor. I had to replace it. It was fairly easy to do. It was work him well and then I added...
