2016 fuel pump failure after fuel tank flange recall
Good to know, I'll be taking mine into LR SJ for the same thing. I need to give them the documentation for reimbursement for the repair I had done earlier and get the updated part installed. -

What trails did you end up doing? We were there in April though we took our Raptor instead of the LR4. That turned out to be a huge mistake as we had to leave it at the Ford dealer in Cedar City for the whole trip and rolled into Moab in a rented minivan. -

I did a quick internet search for stereo/navigation repair in New York, there are quite a few. You might want to take it to one of those indy shops and get an estimate. Mine ended up being just over $700. They thought they could repair it but ended up having to replace with a refurbished unit... -

I doubt it considering it’s all integrated with the vehicle. If you find something better I’d love to hear about it though. Not sure your location but the shop I used is called Short Circuit in San Jose California. They have a LA location as well -

I found a repair shop for vehicle nav/audio systems and had mine replaced for apx $700. Regular Indy shop won’t touch this stuff. -

Looks like it fits the supercharged V8 version that was not available on the LR4. -

Wondering about this myself. I had the tank cover and seal replaced with the then-current parts in 2019. The dealer told me to bring my receipt down to do the paperwork and the reimbursement would take a few weeks. I’ll ask about the rest when I go see them. -

Of course as soon as I posted this my second letter arrived! Basically says that parts are now available and to schedule with your dealer. If you have already done the repair you are supposed to contact your local dealer with your original receipt for reimbursement. -

I’ve been cursing that hitch every time I remove it since I acquired the vehicle in my late 30s. Doing it at 85? I’m impressed and thanks for the tips. -

Help needed : LR4 with a Range Rover engine cover?
I had the dealer lose my cover once, I didn’t realize until too late and found out how expensive they are. They cut the motor noise down a lot though. If I’d had a Range Rover cover and it fit I would have used it. -

So I have bit of a mystery here, my truck's at the shop right now and I called and had them check. I do have a locking rear diff but not a full size spare. I bought it used so maybe they swapped it out at some point before I got it. -

I'm a bit confused by the HD package. I have a 2010 with the V8, two-speed transfer case and locking rear diff but do not have a full size spare. It's full height but not full width. Not that it matters as I changed to larger tires but I'm trying to figure out what I have for an options package. -

Steal of a deal on an LR4 with issues
How did you open that thing? If I remember correctly it was spot welded shut. I bought an aftermarket one off amazon and after a couple days the tire fell off, fortunately it was in the driveway not doing 70 on the freeway. The bracket at the end of the cable fell apart. Decided to just buy... -

Selling the LR4
