    Thanks guys, but I know how to operate the rear controls. My issue is that the time any air blows out of these is when I am in "A" mode. If I give control to the rear , nothing comes out of these.

    It is my understanding that the 2nd row center console vents are not controlled by the rear climate controls, but by the front controls. Can anyone confirm this? The reason I ask is not matter what setting I put any of the controls on front or rear these behavior of these vents never changes...

    It is dealer dependent. Some give you LRs, some Enterprise rental cars, some give you a mix of these two, and some give you nothing at all.

    You can try Mequire's scratch X which will remove very minor clearcoat scratches. If that doesn't work I would ask on www.autopia.org and make sure your post a picture since depending on the size and depth you will get different advice.

    Yeah I realized that when I saw the movie yesterday. When I watched the clip it was choppy as I was on a cell modem. I wish my V8 had the same pickup as the SE does in the movie :)

    If you notice he is sitting on the LR3 passenger side, but when he leans out to shoot he is leaning out the D3 passenger side.

    My dealer started out with the enterprise rentals, but my last two visits I have gotten an 06 LR3 SE. Recently my dealer has started to impress me with thier service which, considering 6 months ago I had to call LRNA to get any response from them is a big change.

    Read the fine print on the warrenty. You will need to have this reapplied ever six months or so and the warrenty covers just that.They prey on the fact most people will not have it reapplied and IMHO this is a scam. You can achive the same results with any of the many acrylic auto sealants on...

    I used a good leather cleaner (Lexol) and then topped with 303. (Which you can get online very easily. Never had a problem since. :)

    Actually they replaced one of my vent assemblies in about 40 minutes so I don't think it is elaborate and I have not had any other problems with the vent or dash since. They do have to replace the entire vent since is a complete assembly.

    LR3 and it's plastic

    I have been using the 303 on all my cars for a while and while it is supposed to protect against UV fade, I have noticed significant fading on my LR3. I recently put on the Mud Flaps and could really tell how much the rest of the plastic has faded versus the new plastic flaps.

    I am not sure, but don't think so. The replaced mine while I waited it took about 30 minutes. I did notice since I found this problem within a couple of days of delivery and the vent that was broken was one of the passenger vents. I would get it fixed .

    Call your dealer. I had the same problem. One of the vent controls was broken from the factory and they had to replace the entire vent assembly.

    Does it forget you when pressing the memory buttons or when you unlock the car? Is lazy entry on for your key? What could be happening is that lazy entry is on for your key. The position the seat is in when the key is turn off it will remember and return to that position when the car is...
