Parting ways with my Discovery after landing a job in LA that will require a more gas-friendly vehicle.
It's white with beige leather interior and it just passed the 150k mark. It's fully-loaded model with all the options: Air Conditioning, Cruise Control, ABS (4-Wheel), Power Steering, AM/FM Stereo (6 Disc CD changer just missing the cartridge under passenger seat), Power Windows, Power Seats, Power Door Locks, Dual Sun Roofs, Tilt Wheel, Dual Front Air Bags, and Alloy Wheels.
The car has been well maintained. Interior leather in good condition. Oil changed every 3,000 miles starting with previous owner I purchased from. Recently had the head gasket replaced with the heads inspected, smoothed flat and polished, along with new water pump gasket, breather hoses and thermostat. Also replaced the plenum and throttle.
It has jumper seats in the back and the step on the back bumper allows for easy access. The car has the front brush guard as well as the rear tail light guards.
The car has front and rear A/C which is very cold. The tires are almost brand new. The smog was passed with flying colors on August 29, 2009.
The car's body is in great condition. It only has one small dent on the drivers fender that is barely noticeable. Paint looks like new.
As with any Land Rover it has it's quirks. The check engine light is on and off, and the Rover shop said it may need a new battery, cleaning of air bypass valve or an O2 sensor. I use it as a daily driver and it always starts and runs but will occasionally on cold mornings dip low in RPMs as it comes to a stop. I would do more investigating myself, but I'm in the middle of finishing law school and don't have time before I start my new job.
Car is located in Davis California and I'm asking $3600 as is.
