2008 L322 won't start..

Hello =) I have a 2008 L322 that won't start.. It started out ok yesterday until last night when it won't start at all. Checked the battery this morning and the voltage is good. Tried again, and still won't start. The engine will crank but it won't start. Read an old thread here for a different model but same symptom and they said that it was due to a faulty fuel pump. Can my L322 be having the same problem?

Could be that, also check fuses... sometimes a simple blown fuse will cause failures on fuel-injection.

Thanks Count. I've checked all the fuses.. it was all ok.. none blown.. switched the relay for the fuel with the one for the windscreen heater (since no continuity tester).. ended up, the fuel gauge was faulty..

I removed the negative battery lead and left it overnight, the next day when I reconnected the battery terminal and switched on the engine, my fuel was at empty compared to the day before (was at half).. fill her up, and started like normal.. fault warning appeared stating that there's a fault with the fuel pump and fuel system where else there were no faults the previous day.. any idea what could have caused this? I'm guessing it's due to a faulty float in the fuel tank?

Had the same, but my guy did a flow test on the injectors and one was leaking badly. That was enough to prevent starting. Cost me a re-con injector but all's well now.

Was gonna go and check the injectors.. but never got to that.. Funny thing happened.. The day it wouldn't start, checked everything, all the fuses and relays, the fuel pump and fuel level (which was at half tank), all okay no problem.. Since range rover has a thing with battery dying on it real fast, i removed the negative terminal to save the battery juice.. 2 days ago, had some spare time to work on it, reattached the battery terminal that I removed and all of a sudden all hell broke loose on the instrument cluster.. warning lights coming on and everything.. had a scare for a while and when everything settled down, 1 remaining warning light.. fuel system warning if i'm not mistaken.. and the next thing i saw, my fuel was on empty.. filled her up with petrol and what do you know.. she starts.. any idea how this happened?
