I have a 2011 RR Sport HSE that the Land Rover dealer tells me i need a new water pump. They are asking a lot of money to fix. Any ideas how much a water pump replacement would generally cost outside of the dealership?

I had the water pump and crossover tubing replaced on my 2011 for around $1000 parts and labor. I would highly recommend replacing the crossover tubing as chances are if the water pump has failed or is leaking, the crossover is not far behind. My dealer actually mis-diagnosed my coolant leak as just a leaking water pump and it wasn't until I brought it to an Indie shop that he showed me that my crossover was actually leaking the most and the leaking water pump was barely leaking at all. I'm assuming you have gotten this sorted but if not I hope this helps a bit in terms of a price estimate!
