95 RR Classic central locking ?

I'm new to this forum so I hope this question hasn't been asked recently. The central locking in my rover that I just bought isn't working and I need to find the central locking control module to preform diagnostic tests. My manuel says it is located behind the dash above the steering column and it's not there. This isn't the first time that the manuel has lied about component locations because the 95 is different than other Classic models.

Does anyone here know where the central locking control module is on my rover and what it looks like?
