My 2011 HSE Lux was in the shop for some electrical issues that were draining the battery. That work required a “hard reset” of the truck (whatever that means). Since then, my auto high beams do not work. They are enabled on the dashboard screen (vehicle settings), but the green “Auto” high beam light never comes on now - the high beams are purely manual - as if the feature was somehow factory disabled. Any thoughts on how to get it back? (I love those auto high beams!)

Typically a hard reset just means that they took the battery leads off the battery for 10 minutes and bridged both loose battery leads together for a few seconds to reset everything.
