Belt off center in pulley

I replaced my belt and noticed that it is off center on the furthest right pulley when looking at it. Need help!

You will notice in the picture that the belt is off center on one of the pulleys. With this my power steering has also gone out. Are these related?

Need suggestions.

The bottom pulley is your power steering I believe from the photos, so sadly that could be your issue.
