are you serious? Then the borla seems like a waste of money then considering it's like $600

Look at it like this, with my cold air intake, and the headers, and Flowmaster I would say if I got 15 - 20 HP Total I would feel great, but I don't think I got that much... It does breath better and will accelerate better, but I don't think it was acual HP gain, I think it was more just better flow.

No I Haven't Dino'd it, but I don't think it is much. For the same money I would rechip the ECU for the 15 - 20 HP, but still that is a lot of money for what you get.

As posted above with Borla exhaust, I have assembly instructions and a warranty card with model number and serial code number ink stamped on it but can not locate bill of sale or bank statement record from 5+ years back. Borla at this time "WILL NOT HONOR what I have at this time without bill of sale". Told I could of pulled muffler off a vehicle in the wreckers to get a free new muffler. Yea right and the instructions and warranty card taped to said used muffler. I'm out $399 as it was on sale when purchased.
If I were to do it over I would install a universal aluminumized or better yet stainless MagnaFlow muffler. They are built internally about the same as a Borla. I have Tig and Mig at home so stainless exhaust isn't a problem.
I hope others read what crap Borla is pulling on me as well people ask "what the hell's wrong with your Rover's exhaust?" I just tell them I have that Borla sound with a lifetime muffler they won't honor. It rattles like it has 4 pounds of roofing gravel inside, hear it 50' away at idle, worse at start up.

Louder exhaust gives you the impression it's making more power, i'll guess 6-8 hp over the restrictive stock exhaust max. If you add two 3" 45* elbows you can direct the cold ram air behind the left headlight and in front of the radiator support to your air box, this you'll feel a lot more that muffler alone as well restrict hot water to the intake manifold like 1/16" hole in plug installed in hose. A cooler denser air charge that reduces detonation and increases power, a plus which takes a minute to convert back for a smog test. A RPI chip for the 4.6 I have woke up the motor big time, fuels up to rev limiter vs stock that shuts down fueling long before rev limiter.
It's easy to spend your money, time to think?

On the ABS, my 95 is working 100% without lights and puter cleared, all work done at home and it's a safety issue to pull fuse, JMO's.

Yea I'm considering the powerchip. It's 20 hp for $500... not bad considering there aren't many aftermarket parts for the disco 1.

I recall around $320 for a "Tornado" chip from RPI 6 years ago for the 95 D1 as it feeds a 4.6 motor. Yes this was well spent money as there is a noticable difference vs stock chip in fueling.
