Broke Key off inside of Trailer Hitch- HELP

So somehow when taking the hitch out of the landrover and placing it on the ground the key was still inside and it broke the key down inside of the slot.

Is there a way to get it out or replace the locking mechanism?? any ideas would be appreciated
