Hello Friends..
Been experiencing a new issue lately..
(not sure what's going on but since I've been checking the board I seem to be experiencing a lot of problems...)
Latest issue..
The smell of burning rubber after the disco has been running a few minutes...noticeable at stop lights and shut down after short trip. The problem goes away if I am in the truck a while....

Items recently done...
Changed high pressure line for power steering pump (Removed fan belt so as not to get fluid on it.. Also removed power steering pump and pulley to make connection easier)
After reputed checks belt looks in good shape and no PS fluid leek.

Changed plugs to Bosch plat.

Cleaned and greased (drive shaft) undercarriage .. Was a lot of stuck on oil maybe I'm accumulating a new batch of stuck on.

Rotated tires and cleaned around ABS sensors.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Are you sure it is burning rubber and not burning fluid? Sounds to me like you got a small drip on to the exhaust.

could be .. I'll check more closely..
Think I'm just a little paranoid .. Any time I get to muckin with stuff I'm sure I'm destroying something else..
Know I have a oil leak .. but didn't think much of it, just been using that as my 'sill have oil' indicator.
I'll check to see where it's going..

Thanks Joey..
