I currently drive a 2000 DSII with the venerable V8. It is a US model with about 85,000 on the clock.
I will be returning to the UK next year and want to take the Discovery back with me. I need better mpg and better torque for expedition style driving so I am looking for anybody who has experience of:
Either
1. Retro-fitting a diesel to the DSII in the US.
Or
2. Converting and running a 4.8l on LPG, as I can get a zero rated 4.8l fitted here now.
