Chime, yet no indicator light on 2004 Range Rover

Hi,
I have a 2004 Range Rover. A chime sounds at intermittently, yet there is no indication on the dash of a problem. Any idea what this may be? Also, on my screen, next to the day of the week is this symbol ))). Any thoughts on what this is? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum.... have you had your battery tested? Electrical issues normally start due to a battery starting to die.
