A buddy of mine is currently converting from Air to CoilOver springs for his 05 Ranger Rover. I will post some pics when he is done. Anyone have any experience with these ?

Not on an 05, but 02 and older I have seen it and helped do it before.

is he lifting it? or just going with a stock ride height?

Supposedly lifting it 2". It is apparently a proto type mod that they built. It is the Service Manager and a Certified Tech at a LR dealership that are in the process of building this so it should be interesting. He said he would let me know when they start so I can go take a look.
I will post more info when I find out more. It could possibly be pretty kick ass.
