Coolant Leak Behind Carburetor.

We replaced the Water pump, thermostat, and Coolant reservoir on a 1994 land Rover discovery. When we finished up we noticed that their was coolant leaking out from behind the carburetor. What could be wrong?

my 2000 had this issue. had to buy new plate and gasket. it appears to be a common problem
