How much would it cost to fix a 2004 with a timing chain problem?

    Thanks!

    ...to replace timing chain only.

But, There is a small list of things you should do while you’re in there…

A double roller chain timing belt with steel gears an upgrade vs the cheaper to produce linkbelt system LR used. Double roller lasting longer as well less wear stretch over the life of it also maintaining more accurate cam to crank relationship timing. While your there a new waterpump would be next item on the list as well any or all old hoses replaced.
The above price quote must be dealership parts, labor and profits price vs shopping around for parts (quality not Chinese knockoff parts) and an easy DIY repair. Become one with your LR.
