Does Land Rover have a policy regarding prior service history

When I bought my x5 from a private owner, I called the dealership that serviced it. Gave them the VIN, and they told me the services they performed. There’s no mechanic/customer privilege. Just be nice. Most want to support keeping their cars on the road.

Interestingly enough I had a different experience; I’m looking at buying a ‘21 RR Fifty and saw on the CarFax that it had been to a dealer multiple times. Called the service dept., told them I was looking at this car, and they told me what had been done without telling me any personal info on the owner.
