Door locks not working, try this

Encountered a problem with our 2005 LR3 SE the other day. Both keys were unable to unlock the truck, and even attempts to manually unlock it fail at first. Eventually the dealer was able to enter the truck. After long process of tracking down the fault it was found to be the electrical issue. Seems there is a spliced wire running down the passenger side that goes to the ant. This splice was coroded and was found to be the fault of the problem. Dealer has found at least 4 other trucks with the same issue.

So if your locks don't work your dealer may wish to check this area.
