Hey gang - I bought a wiring harness, OEM, complete, new and uninstalled from a guy for my LR3. Got it today and realized that the harness is actually for the new (2003+) Range Rover and not the LR3. Big bummer. Anyways... anyone know if I can possibly repurpose the Range harness ( from Range Rover Driving Lamp Kit Part # VUB 001090) so that driving lights will work on the LR3 without a total butcher job???.... The LR3 harness is part of kit # XQB 500080.
OR I'd like to just use the Lr3 switch I've got and wire it up like the old-skool way (to the headlights high beams via a relay, etc).
Thoughts? Anyone wired up the LR lights like this ?
