Flashing Lights HELP!!!!!!!!!

My wife called me on her way to work with the following symptoms.

The Mileage display which also shows what gear is flashing
Both Modes are flashing
On the actual Shifter their is a RED light flashing next to D


What is this and how do i fix?

Put it in park, shut it down and restart it.

How is it driving? Is it in a limp mode? Either way, you're going to have to have the codes read. Could be a TSB for water ingress, a fluke or a bad controller. Nine times out of ten, it will reset itself. If there are no symptoms driving it, I would take it to an independent, have it reset, and see what happens.
