Hi Everybody,
Jojo1 new to the community here.
Bought a 2002 Disco2 from a dealer in town in 2007.
Flawless...Great vehicle-family car.
Technically proficient Benz owner, 30+ years.
No prior Land Rover tech experience.
I'm hunting the tech forum for answers & advice on those "pesky little electrical issues" that we've begun to see lately. Any advice appreciated.
On with the hunt...
Good to be here, thanks.

Welcome to the forum... My biggest suggestion on a D2, is change the front drive shaft U-joints before they explode.

Will do...
As soon as I figure these issues out.

a) Heater- Fan
Punch the fan button up 3 clicks it sounds and feels like an out of control propeller aircraft engine shaking apart. Loud, strong vibration.

b) Rear lights and turn signals OUT
Headlights are good
Brake lights come on with brake pedal
Rear fog lights are good.

Any ideas?

Fan, could be something fell into the fan area from the defrost, or this is normal, or fan is going bad... :) got to love the second option (I would have to hear it to be sure)

Lights, does the dash lights work when headlights are on? If so, check bulbs, if not, then the switch is bad.
