Hi everyone im new to the site...I had recently purchased a 2000 range rover HSE lots of issues i bought it for well under blue book. I have all the issues taken care of except for this howling noise coming from the belt area/fan. My brother and a mechanic suggested the tensioner pully bearing was bad. We changed the pully but nothing changed. I have also been told there is a good chance its the water pump. i dont want to keep changing the pullies if thats not the issue. ugh, I need help if anyone has experiecned such a thing.
