Just bought a 2005 LR3 from local guy going bankrupt, it has 48K and extened warranty, not sure if i should be excited or scared, only recent service was 45k, no history on warranty items, came with extended ford esp warranty till 2011. what warranty issues should i check to see if complete? Slight shake in steering wheel at 50mph, new tires balanced. No front passanger leaks, new battery, no warning lights. keeping my fingers crossed?

I have a 2008 LR3 and am going to get the extended warranty as well. What I want to know is if the Ford ESP is better than the extended one that the dealership is now offering. Both seem comparable in price but I have another year or so and 20K miles before the factory expires.
