Can anyone point me to an online resource where I can see part names/identifiers on the LR3 in an exploded diagram type of format? I'm trying to identify the name of the 'plastic thing under the front bumper' that is broken which I want to replace! I also haven't been able to identify it on various online sales sites.

Do you mean the plastic shroud that covers the oil filter area? The thing that is replaced by a sump guard? I think I've got a perfectly good one sitting in the garage...
