range rover in car phone

Dear freinds

I have a customer who has a new UK 04 range rover and this has a wierd looking black mobile phone.
The problem is that its in german and he wants to unlock this.
Its black in color and looks like a cordless phone.
does any one know what siemens model it is?
and how to reset the secutity code or default lock code
