Range Rover L322 Towing Lights?

I have a 04 Range rover and i have had the towbar fitted to my car
i have plugged in my caravan lights and the side lights pulse on and off?
the caravan has led lights on the back would this make a difference?
when i turn the side lights on the car they stop flashing?

any ideas?

Best way to solve this is to buy a light adapter that is self powered from a fused source on the vehicle.

Like this one, but you don't have to buy from them, I just googled this one. Can't remember where I bought mine.
