Rattle from front of motor on start

I have a 2007 Range Rover Sport Super charged with the Jag motor .

Engine rattles on start up so I replaced the timing chains, tensioners, and the seals for the VCT .

The engine is still rattling on start up but can't figure why.

The VCT control valves don't have any seals on them, is that normal ?

Figured it out The VCT gear was rattling , replaced the gear and rattle went away .

Dealer said " they had never replaced one of those " /.
