Reset door locks after changing battery

So the other day I got a new battery at Advance Auto. The technician plugged something into my diagnostic port while changing the battery. When he finished and unplugged the device my alarm went off. After a few seconds the alarm went off and I then noticed my windows, door locks, and interior lights weren't working. I was told that I needed to reset everything but haven't found anybody that knows how.

What year RR? Most is a matter of just locking and unlocking the door with the key 4 or so times and it should reset... if a newer model without an easy access key, try just doing the same with the remote.
