I got the sliders week before last, and put them on last night. It took about an hour to get the truck to the point where I could start installing them, then 6 hours to get them on (working by myself most of the time). Biggest problem was keeping the body bushings on the post while I lined everything up. They kept falling off till I "glued" them on with a dab of Crisco shortening. It was still trial-and-error to get the front body-bushing one lined up so the bolt would screw in. In the end everything fit perfectly and they really feel sturdy.
The instructions were pretty good, but the pictures of the trim trimming left a lot to be desired. I more or less got it in the end. I would post pictures, but they would look just like the ones that were posted last week (except mine is white).
Hope to try them out on some of the passes around Oura, CO in a few weeks when the roads open back up.
