RUD snow chains for sale (LR3)

I Jeep guy I know is selling some unused RUD snow chains from his wife's LR3.

"I have two sets NEW never used (4 chain's) of RUD snow chains, for Land Rover LR3 stock 18", 255 60 R18 (RUD Grip size 0141)...Make offer please."

This is probably a dumb question but they won't fit the 255/55/19 wheels and tires. If they will I would be interested.

Side note: got some ice and snow this week (first for the LR3) and this truck with the GY MTR's performed excellent.
