Should I buy 06 RR HSE

I am looking at buying an 06 RR HSE with 83,000 miles. I have read alot of reviews talking about major issues with air ride, a/c, fuel pumps, etc.. Is this something that should scare me away from the vehicle at a price of $22,000?
