trying to pass CA smog check, code P0158 ?

The air quality coming out the exhaust pipe is fine but what's failing me on the test is code "P1058 02 sensor high voltage (bank 2 sensor 2).

Question is: Is this telling me my sensor is bad and it's time to replace or is it telling me something else is wrong and making the sensor flag it with that code? Please advise, thanks!!
