bearing noise comming from motor

A fetzer valve noise changes with speeds of any king, the muffler bearing noise is more affected by temperature. I straight away missed that possibility.

Maybe, just maybe, RonLR3 bought an actual lemon! He had to get some extra value for his paying $10,000 over MSRP. There's always hope . . .

If its a lemon, its on the dealers hands now. I returned it to dealer which they accepted. I later agreed, this afternoon to buy it back but only if they fix it. So far, no answer from management. I also ran the VIN with customer service at land rover and awaiting answer.

I don't know why I need to know this but ... Ron, do YOU even believe what you're posting here? You know, there's easier ways to handle a problem with your car that doesn't exist than to be a ****** at the fictional dealership. You take it to the magical service center and get the pretend problem fixed.
Homework assignment: Read all your posts, and if you can honestly say that you think you make sense, then...well then I think we need to get you some therapy. We can use the 62k that you paid for an '08 to pay for it, cool?

Everything I said is accurate and true. I purchaed last sat for $53K, but with interest over 6 years its $62K. I returned it this past monday because I complained about the price, head rest safety and bearing noise. Land rover paramus took it back. Now I want it back and dealer agreed, but I want issues fixed. I understand they can't do much with headrest, but it motor has defect I'm better off not taking this vehicle.
