there's always a big market for quality aftermarket parts for the LR3 if you make a quality product that works and are able to produce it at a good price point i'm sure you won't have trouble selling quite a few. I would definitely be interested.
If yours is a seven passenger with the rear climate control package i would think that added additional hardware that would be separate from the front but i don't know for sure
I powder coated my 20'' supercharged rims and definitely like the look. The only issue i've had is that if you go through some really deep mud (with little rocks in it) or bang them on a rock i haven't found a way to get out the scratches. Paint may be a more serviceable option.

i bought my CPO LR3 from the dealership with the michelin synchrone 4x4 tires on it they were a great all around tire and were quiet. I now run cooper zeons but for the nineteen's they're a great tire if you're just going to do occasional off roading with minimal mud.
