Unfortunatly some LR with the ACE package are a little noisy. The noise you are getting is from the hydrualics...
Have you ever been around any heavy equipment when the are operating the hydraulics, like a back *** or similar. If you listen close and can hear over the engine noise, some are louder than others, you will hear the whine and groans of the hydrualic system as it works.
A friend of my used to work on the hydrualic systems on Aircraft told me that some make lots of noise, and some make a little noise, but they all make noise.
