on the drive home today my check engine light came on so I stopped by the closest auto parts store to get it scanned and it found 12 codes, they are p0101, p0307, p0316, p0153, p0442, p061a, b10ac, p003e, p00c6, p0562, u0415, u0140.

I assume that only one of them is the actual issue, then because of whatever that is, it's triggering the rest of them. Can anyone help out on this one?

My MAP sensor went out a few months back. Plugged in my reader and it showed several codes. Replaced sensor and cleared codes. No more codes till this day. Knock on wood

The only way to narrow it down is clear ALL the codes, drive until the CEL re-appears, then immediately check codes again. It's very likely that far fewer codes will appear the next time; I'd be very surprised if you cleared 12 and all 12 recurred immediately.

Maybe a bad battery: or loose cables, poor grounds. Do a hard reset of the battery to clear faults and errant signals and capacitors and try again. Clean the MAF sensors again, particularly the one on the left bank. Some signals are getting lost . . .

As a thought: you have a lot of stuff on the truck, maybe investing, once more, in your own OBD II reader might be good.

I'd check the battery voltage first. ^and loose connections.
Did the HDC error go off? Was it cold out? Alternator maybe going.

That happened to me right before the alternator crapped out at the most inconvenient time...

I'd would definitely think about picking up an diagnostic scanner. I use the iLand.
