Bluetooth Loud Outside Vehicle

I noticed this with my '08 LR3 -- I rarely used the Bluetooth, though, because it was so terrible.

Same thing happens with my wife's Infiniti. Whenever she pulls into the garage while using Bluetooth, I can hear her from the living room.

Thanks for the info! Is there somewhere we can view the contents of the bulletin? I'm headed to the dealer tomorrow for a repair... would love to be able to revisit this with some intelligence.
