Hi guys. Have a question. If I go with Akebono pads, do they have a connection for the brake sensor, or they plug&play ready? Also, which rotors would you recommend? Would you go with drilled?

Just had the 60K service on my 2006 LR3 SE today (was approx $500) at Landrover Centerville, Utah. The service manager recommended front break pads, since I'd noticed a slight shaking when driving through some canyon roads I opted to replace the pads ($360). They told me to plan on replacing them in 15K miles. Is that true? I just did after market ceramic brakes on my 2009 A4 Avant and was told they'd give 30K+.

My OEM pads usually last me about 25-30k miles on the front and about 30 to 35k on the back.
