I suppose I've lurked long enough. I can't remember when I signed up for this site but I've learned quite a bit over the years. I just picked up my third Discovery last Friday. My first was a D2 back in 2001 which we promptly took to Moab. I couldn't believe what a stock vehicle could do. We sold that one at 186k miles and picked up a Silver LR3 which currently has about 170k on it. Thanks to the conversations on this forum and toddjb122, I snagged what tome was a just about perfect 2013 LR4 HD in Nara still under CPO with a few extras. 20 inch wheels not ideal but they'll do for camping and seem to ride well on the long drive home from Tampa. I'd like to spend some time finding some cool spots to camp and do some photography with the idea of going back to Moab in the future.
